NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENACT

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of Waynesburg Borough, Greene County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held on September 9,2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Waynesburg Borough Building, 90 East High Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370, intends to consider enacting the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 4, 2024

AN ORDINANCE OF WAYNESBURG BOROUGH, GREENE COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, ELECTING TO AMEND ITS NON-UNIFORM PENSION PLAN ADMINISTERED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM PURSUANT TO ARTICLE IV OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT LAW; AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL PROVISIONS OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT LAW AS AMENDED AND AS APPLICABLE TO MEMBER MUNICIPALITIES.

OPEN RECORDS POLICY OF WAYNESBURG BOROUGH

AVAILABILITY & ACCESS

All public records of Waynesburg Borough shall be available for inspection and copying at the Waynesburg Borough office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

Request for public records of Waynesburg Borough shall be in writing and directed to the Open Records Officer. A clear and detailed description of the records to be reviewed or duplicated shall be provided. The Borough has five business days to respond to the request.

FEES
Fees for duplication of public records shall be established by the State of Pennsylvania’s Office of Open Records. The Borough may at its discretion waive fees.
