NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENACT

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of Waynesburg Borough, Greene County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held on September 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Waynesburg Borough Building, 90 East High Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370, intends to consider enacting the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 4, 2023

AN ORDINANCE OF WAYNESBURG BOROUGH, GREENE COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, ELECTING TO AMEND ITS NON-UNIFORM PENSION PLAN ADMINISTERED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM PURSUANT TO ARTICLE IV OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT LAW; AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL PROVISIONS OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT LAW AS AMENDED AND AS APPLICABLE TO MEMBER MUNICIPALITIES.
